Apple Cider Vinegar

There are a huge array of benefits that is linked to drinking Apple Cider Vinegar, from enhancing weight loss to lowering cholesterol, regulating your blood sugar levels to balancing your PH Levels. The one reason I wanted to drink it was to improve my gut health. I have been battling with a stomach issue ever since April '17 and I will try anything to improve it! I decided I would start with one tablespoon a day and dilute it with a cup of water.
